On the second Tuesday of every month, the Cairns Region Tourism Association holds a function to announce the winners of the monthly CRTA Excellence in Service Awards.
Once a year an overall winner is chosen from the monthly winners at the prestigious CRTA Excellence in Customer Service awards.
